EMDaaS platform allows issuers to register an issuer in-house Dealing Representative with ACAI who provides compliance oversight to effectively close the issuers sourced investors trades.

Oversight on registerable activities and compliance supervision on the in-house Dealing Representative is done by ACAI compliance team.

EMD as a Service allows issuers to raise capital from their current client database at a lower cost of capital while controlling YOUR fund’s valuable client database. It allows you the issuer less reliance on a third-party EMD for distributions or to become registered as an EMD.
